With experience on both the developer and contractor sides, across domestic and international markets, David brings a rare dual perspective. His portfolio includes over $450 million and 5.2 million+ sq ft of completed real estate. He works exclusively with trusted trade professionals who share his commitment to intelligent design and elevated craftsmanship. Known for his thoughtful, responsive approach, David is trusted to create environments that reflect each client’s vision—spaces that are distinctive, enduring, and deeply considered.
Beyond his work, David’s commitment to lasting relationships extends into his personal life. He’s been married to his best friend and business partner, Natalie, since 2006. Together, they share prioritizing quality time with family, a love for nature, hiking, traveling, and exploring cultures.
